Exchange Policy
At Noomee, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges for eligible products.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product issues must be reported within 3 working days from the date of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Exchange Process
Once the exchange request is approved, customers will receive further instructions regarding the exchange process.
Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange unless received damaged.
